To ensure a premium experience for all members, the following policies apply:
1. Booking Access
- Reservations are available exclusively to active members above the age of 18.
- The number of memberships will be capped to maintain availability and quality of experience for all members.
- Members may book simulator time through our online booking system or mobile app.
- Booking windows open 7 days in advance and are first-come, first-served.
2. Session Limits
- Members may reserve up to 2 hours per day.
- Peak time restrictions may apply as we get to our capped member level.
3. Guest Policy
- Members may bring up to 3 guests per session.
- Guests must be accompanied by the member at all times, and above the age of 15.
- Members are responsible for the behavior and conduct of their guests.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations need to be made at least 12 hours in advance, so other members can use allotted time.
- Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in temporary booking restrictions.
- Members who are more than 15 minutes late without notice may forfeit their reservation.
5. Facility Rules
- No outside shoes are allowed on the simulator floor. Please bring clean indoor golf or gym shoes.
- Only one group may occupy a simulator bay per reservation.
- Food and beverage must remain within designated lounge areas.
- Respectful conduct and proper care of equipment are required at all times. Misuse may result in loss of membership privileges.
6. Special Events
- Certain time slots may be unavailable due to tournaments, leagues, or private events. Notice will be provided in advance.
